Managing the process from beginning to end
The major benefit to the customer in purchasing a TLP lift structure is the interface required with the clients professional team is extremely limited, TLP take responsibility for the whole process, interfacing with the Lift Company, builders and clients architect, taking the lead in ensuring the program is achieved. We aim to provide the building owner with a hassle free installation and the Lift Company with a structure with a bespoke design to suit the lift equipment. We make provision for every fixing the Lift Company requires. We are specialists in Lifts therefore know the pit falls and questions to ask, to avoid problems being overlooked.
The on site installation time is reduced to a minimum by manufacturing the structure to a modular design, which is pre-assembled in our factory, painted with a contract colour and then protected for delivery to site. The structure is split into as few sections that will accommodate site installation.
The design, fabrication and site installation is fast
Our experienced directly employed team of installation fitters, assembly the structure on site. The structure is then partially glazed prior to the lift Company installing the lift equipment.
Prior to Lift Company commissioning the lift, TLP return to site to complete the glazing and fit the landing architraves often working in conjunction with the Lift Company, due to time pressures. We touch-up any small areas of damaged paintwork, clean down the steelwork, and give the glazing a final clean prior to the lift being handed over for customer service.
